The reason behind Cath B Inspires

I’ve faced my share of trials and tribulations - living and coping with severe endometriosis, obesity, lifesaving twisted bowel surgery and stoma, infertility, the sudden loss of my mother, failed relationships, and the challenge of relocating to Denmark and also living in the UK for fifteen years before relocating back to my home country, Sweden, in December 2025.

But looking back, I see how every experience (good or bad) connects, shaping the person I am today.

Life isn’t just about what happens to us; it’s about who we become through it, and how we rise, learn, and grow from it. Every challenge, no matter how painful, is a step forward.

Cath B Inspires was born of my desire to create a space where you can feel seen and supported through your journeys and businesses. A reminder that you are never walking alone.

Sometimes a leap of faith is all it takes, listening to the guidance within, running toward the unknown, and trusting yourself enough to believe it may become the best thing you've ever done.

This dynamic and multifaceted role sharpened my business acumen and empowered me to confidently navigate and overcome the challenges of running a successful enterprise.
